LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – A woman was arrested in Lexington on Wednesday in connection with a Louisville complicity to manslaughter charge.
Deborah Francis was indicted July 15 by a Jefferson County grand jury in connection with the death of a child in a foster care facility in 2022.
