Paul Finebaum let the Cat out of the bag at SEC Media Days, but it’s finally official:SEC Nation is coming to Lexington next week for Kentucky vs. Alabama.
The SEC Network’s pregame show will broadcast live from the William T. Young Library from 9 a.m. to noon ET on Saturday, Sept. 12. It will be followed by Marty & McGee from noon to 12:45 p.m. Paul Finebaum will also host his Friday show from the William T. Young Library set from 3 to 7 p.m. ET.
Kentucky vs. Alabama is the only SEC vs. SEC game of Week Two, which makes the news even less surprising, but it only adds to the excitement for a BIG day in Lexington. The game kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC, leading into No. 1 Ohio State at No. 5 Texas (that’s also where College Gameday will be). The Buckeyes vs. the Longhorns is one of the biggest games of the year, so the nation could be watching as the Cats knock off the Crimson Tide in Will Stein’s second game.
