Surprise! Publix is expanding in Central Kentucky again.
The Florida-based grocery chain, which is mounting a challenge to the regional dominance of Kroger, announced another new store will be opening. This one will be in Winchester, in Winchester Village at the northeast corner of Colby Road and Bypass Road.
