LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Two people arrested in connection with a shooting, chase and crash in Lincoln are being held on $1 million bonds.
Owen Kazena, 20, and Aris Phillips, 19, both of Lincoln, were arraigned in Lancaster County Court on Tuesday. They are each charged with a single count of unlawful discharge of a firearm.
A third suspect, 23-year-old Raven Pierson of Omaha, is charged with third-degree assault on an officer, operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and accessory to a Class 1D felony. Her bond was set at 10% of $75,000…
