LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – In a span of two weeks there have been three crashes at the intersection of Warlick Boulevard and Highway 77, one of which killed a 24-year-old woman. Now a family member of one of the crash victims is raising safety concerns about the area.
Elaine Chaka’s mother, Janice Sherman, was heading to the car wash Wednesday, which quickly turned into a hospital visit in a matter of seconds.
