LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The Lincoln Police Department issued 238 citations and towed nine vehicles on O Street during the Memorial Day weekend.
The department conducted a high-visibility traffic enforcement project to address dangerous driving behavior and other criminal violations in the area.
