LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A man was caught on camera, sneaking into a Lincoln woman’s apartment before starting a fire on Sunday.
Video footage shows a man entering an apartment by the backdoor at 4:08 a.m. The man can be seen walking toward a couch, where he then lights several blankets on fire.
According to Lincoln police, the fire caused $60 in damage…
