LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The second teen accused in a failed north Lincoln robbery took a plea deal on Thursday.
According to court documents, 18-year-old Darnell Donner pleaded guilty to first-degree assault. The counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm and use of a firearm to commit a felony were dropped.
