LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – Lincoln Fire and Rescue Chief David Engler has been censured by the International Association of Fire Fighters over management practices that have allegedly eroded morale and undermined public safety, the labor union announced Monday.
The IAFF represents more than 330,000 firefighters and paramedics across the U.S. and Canada.
