The Nebraska volleyball match with Missouri may be just jinxed. The powers that be certainly don’t seem to want the Huskers to enjoy themselves against the Tigers and are pulling out all the stops to make sure they don’t.
Picking up on September 23, a match that was supposed to be played at Wrigley Field a few weeks ago, Nebraska came out of the gate and absolutely pounded the SEC squad. However, late in the second set, outside hitter Teraya Sigler left the match early with what looked like a serious injury.
Sigler slipped on the court and had to be helped off. As she left the match, it looked as though she was putting very little weight on her right leg. Her face also showed quite a bit of pain…
