Rob Jeffreys, director of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services, spoke at the Nebraska Union’s Swanson Auditorium as part of the State of the Agency lecture series hosted by the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s School of Criminology and Criminal Justice.
