LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – The man who killed a jogger on a south Lincoln road in 2025 has filed a lawsuit against the jogger’s estate for PTSD-related damages.
According to court records, 25-year-old Gavin Maas sued Anthony Miller’s estate for damages related to his PTSD and medical costs.
