HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — A Central Arkansas man helped rescue a woman Tuesday after a vehicle went down an embankment and into the water along a roadway between Hot Springs and Bismarck.
Tyler Creasy said he was driving along Highway 7 near Fourche A Loupe Creek when he noticed several people looking over a bridge. After pulling over, Creasy said he could hear a man below yelling for someone to help his wife.
Creasy ran down the embankment and into the water, where he found the vehicle partially submerged…
