Summer may be nearing its end, but dangerous heat is still blasting parts of the South.
Heat Advisories are in effect Sunday, Sept. 13, across portions of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi, where a combination of high temperatures and humidity could push heat index values as high as 110 degrees.
