An iconic restaurant founded in 1934 is on the verge of shuttering its doors forever, unless it can secure a financial bailout.
Cielito Lindo, the legendary restaurant in downtown Los Angeles known for its famous taquitos drenched with avocado sauce, has launched a GoFundMe to help cover the cost of making crucial repairs needed to comply with health and city codes.
What’s more, the iconic restaurant located on Calle Olvera has struggled with fewer visitors and tourists visiting Placita Olvera. Personal tragedies have also affected business.
