An overturned big rig left large slabs of concrete scattered across the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles, prompting an hourslong closure of a transition lane Wednesday morning.
The crash was reported shortly before 2:30 a.m. when the big rig struck a barrier and overturned on the westbound 10 Freeway connector to the southbound 110 Freeway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
