A man whose pregnant wife was struck and killed by a driver while riding her bike in Playa del Rey is speaking out, believing unsafe road changes in the neighborhood caused the deadly crash.
On Jan. 31, 2026, Matthew Graham was riding his bike alongside his wife, Regan Cole-Graham, 36, who also had their 3-year-old son as a passenger on her bike.
