A suspect was arrested after allegedly breaking into a Los Angeles home and barricading himself inside for several hours Sunday, prompting a SWAT response.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to the 200 block of North Lucerne Boulevard in the Windsor Square neighborhood around 8 a.m. following reports that a suspect had broken into a home, according to LAPD Media Relations.
The people who had been inside the residence were able to get out, but the suspect remained barricaded inside, police said.
