The Los Angeles Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a woman with dementia who went missing in the San Fernando Valley three days ago.
According to an LAPD bulletin, Mariko Yamagami was last seen near the 6600 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard around 6:40 a.m. on Aug. 13.
She was said by authorities to have been traveling southbound, presumably on foot…
