LOS ANGELES (KEYT) – Rodolfo ‘Creature’ Hernandez of Oxnard was sentenced to 120 months in federal prison on drug trafficking and firearms violations.
According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Los Angeles field office, Hernandez has been in federal custody since September of 2024 and on Sep. 15, 2025, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, one count of possession of a machine gun, and one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
