A man was killed after a speeding Tesla crashed into another car and then a wall outside the Target shopping center off Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach on Saturday night, according to police.
The crash happened at around 10:35 p.m. in the 5700 block of PCH, when LBPD officers say a 2026 Tesla driving west “at a high rate of speed” struck a 2025 Volkswagen leaving the shopping center.
“The Tesla then jumped the curb and struck a cinder block wall causing additional damage to several parked vehicles,” a news release from LBPD said. “The Volkswagen struck a sign.”…
