A stunning arrest on the 91 Freeway has been released by the California Highway Patrol.
It unfolded Aug. 5 when a South Los Angeles area CHP officer pulled over a fire truck that was driving erratically on the westbound 91, east of the 110 Freeway, according to the agency.
