LOS ANGELES (Gray News) — Officials in California said two people were arrested for allegedly stealing tools worth hundreds of thousands of dollars from Home Depot and reselling them at a swap meet for profit.
California Highway Patrol said the arrests came after an extensive investigation.
Officials said the tools were stolen from various Home Depot stores in Southern California. Some of the tools were then reportedly sold at a swap meet in Los Angeles County.
