A Los Angeles neighbor tried stopping burglars in broad daylight with a phone camera. The suspects answered with bear spray

Gun rights activist and YouTuber Colion Noir says a recent Los Angeles burglary video shows, in blunt terms, what happens when criminals no longer appear afraid of being caught, confronted, or punished.

In his report, Noir described a break-in in the San Fernando Valley where two suspects allegedly approached a home in broad daylight wearing hoodies and gloves, carrying items such as a walkie-talkie and a backpack, before entering the property and moving through the house.

According to Noir, the neighbor saw what was happening and decided to confront the suspected burglars with the tool many people instinctively reach for now: a cell phone camera. Noir said he understood why someone would want to document the crime, especially when it involves a neighbor’s home being ransacked in the middle of the day, but he argued that recording alone does not stop an active threat…
