Sentence upheld for Jeffersonville woman who killed 18-month-old granddaughter in hit-and-run

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — The Indiana Court of Appeals on Monday affirmed the maximum sentence for a woman sent to prison after running over and killing her 18-month-old granddaughter in 2023.

Lisa Tesch originally pleaded guilty to failure to remain at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
