LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Ronald Winter, the 24-year-old man charged in the shooting at the Texas Roadhouse in Okolona, was arraigned in jail court today. Winter is charged with second-degree assault.
Bond for Winter was set at $25,000 full cash. The court requested that he be released on his own recognizance but judge kept bond at $25,000 due to the nature of the offense. Winter has no previous criminal record.
