LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Jeffersonville local took home top honors at Saturday’s Hot Wheels Legends Tour stop in Louisville. John Mosby was named the winner after his 1971 Chevy Chevelle beat out more than 150 vehicles competing in the event.
