LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A new monthly history series is teaching people about the Louisville Waterfront and other tales from the past of River City.
The Riverfront Reflections program is headed up by lecturer Rick Bell, who has done walking tours of the area for years. Now he’ll be hosting monthly lectures at the PlayPort Event Building.
