LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A judge has ordered Donnie Morris to serve two more months on house arrest after finding he violated his probation a second time by assaulting another man at Chickasaw Park last August.
Morris had already been placed on house arrest for three months after pleading guilty to keying Richard Davis’ car in March and agreeing to pay restitution to repair the paint. That sentence was punishment for violating his probation from a 2019 stalking case.
After that story aired, Davis contacted the Troubleshooters to say there was more — that Morris had assaulted him the day after the keying incident.
