LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested Tuesday in connection with the fatal shooting of a 44-year-old man in Louisville’s Russell neighborhood earlier this month.
Brian Harvey, 41, was charged with complicity to murder, according to officer Adam Sears, a spokesperson for the Louisville Metro Police Department.
