CHARLESTOWN, Ind. (WAVE/WDRB) – Attorneys for a Charlestown man charged with murdering his wife in 2025 will seek to have the charge dismissed Monday in Clark County Circuit Court.
According to a news release from the defense, Stephen Gower’s defense attorney, Larry Wilder, alleges the Clark County Sheriff’s Office read privileged attorney-client text messages in the case.
