Bae’s Baekery has relocated and is now baking ’round Cherokee Triangle

Bae’s Bakery (by some accounts, it’s “Baekery“) began in Old Louisville and outgrew the building, then moved to Clifton and outgrew the building, and now is firmly ensconced at 1021 Bardstown Rd. in Cherokee Triangle right across the street from the Original Highlands, hoping not to outgrow the building (briefly it housed Oddbird Bakery, a Quills Coffee notion).

But if Bae’s eventually exceeds the spatial constraints of its third bricks ‘n’ mortar, the record suggests there’ll be no reluctance to find a bigger space, seeing as thus far the customer base follows wherever Bae’s leads, and promptly multiplies.

Verily, this is a good “problem” to have…
