LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Seven years after a Louisville woman was murdered, her family gathered for a memorial walk Wednesday night to raise awareness for domestic violence.
Brittany Wilson’s dismembered body was found inside a freezer in a burned out mobile home on River Road in LaRue County on July 22, 2019. Investigators believe Wilson, 33, was killed at a home on Ashby Lane in Louisville on an unknown date as part of a double murder.
The body of another woman, Nicole Murray, 39, was also found shot to death in a car on the LaRue County property where Wilson was found. Police said Murray was shot twice during a “domestic situation” and died at the scene, which was at the mobile home…
