HK Liquors set for alcohol license hearing after shooting allegedly happened in store after hours

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Members of the Shively Alcohol Beverage Control Board and owners of HK Liquors will meet Thursday for a hearing after the liquor store’s license was suspended.

Police said four people were shot inside the store on Ralph Avenue around 3 a.m. on July 11, killing one.

The shooting reportedly happened hours after the store was closed. Detectives said they also found evidence of illegal gambling inside the store…
