LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Proposed lane changes on the Second Street Bridge have been put on pause following pushback from Indiana officials, including Governor Mike Braun.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) had been considering a plan to reduce the George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge from four lanes to three. The initial Kentucky proposal suggested maintaining two lanes leaving Louisville and one lane entering the city.
