Missing Fulton County inmate found after failing to report after release from jail

FULTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — A man who was reported missing after failing to report to a Louisville halfway house following his release from jail was located on Saturday, according to Kentucky State Police.

Alexander Penman, 29, was released from the Fulton County Detention Center on April 1, according to a news release.
