Six months later, crash site remains painful reminder for Louisville business

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Monday marked six months since the deadly UPS plane crash that killed 15 people.

Grade A Auto Parts and Recycling was hit directly by Flight 2976, a once-thriving business with a regular customer base.

“That’s probably one of the most disturbing things that happens when we come out here is that we stand here and we watch the UPS planes continuously fly right over our heads,” said Sean Garber, CEO of Grade A Auto Parts and Recycling. “Doing their business like they did every day while our business sits here completely destroyed.”…
