LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Gene Snyder Freeway was shut down Friday morning for a vehicle fire.
At 7 a.m., fire crews were working on a semi truck fire on I-265 East near Bardstown Road.
The fire was out shortly after crews arrived on scene, however, the freeway lane remained closed for several hours while crews worked to remove the semi truck.
As of 10:30 a.m., crews have reopened both lanes of I-265 East near Bardstown Road…
