EPA approves plan to improve water quality at Mill Creek in southwest Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A waterway in southwest Louisville is one step closer to seeing major improvements.

On Wednesday, officials said the EPA has approved a new plan for the Mill Creek Watershed, which is a 34-square-mile basin that contains nearly 157 stream miles.
