LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – A Louisville man is claiming his brother is dead after LMPD officers failed to act. Now, he wants the community to know about it.
This all happened on April 24, when that man’s brother, Jimmie Robertson, was having a mental health episode, and neighbors called the police.
His brother, Darryl Robertson, says Jimmie ended up shot, but police did not check on him. He believes that if they’d checked on him, he’d still be alive…
