UPDATE: All lanes have reopened
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – All lanes of Interstate 64 East are blocked in Jefferson County due to a semi truck fire near mile marker 8.9 in the area of Pee Wee Reese Road, according to TRIMARC.
