LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock woman has launched a new farmers market in Tahoka, with plans to grow the event into a community staple and eventually hand the business to her granddaughter.
Leanna Adams owns several businesses in Lubbock, including a salon. Being from the small town of Lamesa, she knew how something like a farmers market could make a difference, so when she saw available land on South Fifth Street in Tahoka, the idea was born.
