LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock man has been indicted in connection with a SWAT standoff that happened at a southeast Lubbock motel in 2024.
Felix Delarosa, 41, is charged with four counts of aggravated assault against a public servant and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
