LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department’s Metropolitan Special Crimes Unit is responding to the scene of a death in the 2000 block of Avenue L.
According to LPD, the initial call came in at around 3:40 p.m. for a possible suicide. Upon their arrival, officers located a deceased female. It is now being treated as a death investigation.
