MADISON, Wis.— Goodman Pool visitors will now be required to complete a pool waiver before entering the facility.
The change follows the pool’s enforcement of a Youth Attendance Policy in summer 2025 after officials reported increasing and escalating negative behavior at the pool. The policy was approved by the Board of Park Commissioners.
The policy supplements an existing rule requiring children 10 and younger to be accompanied and actively supervised by a caregiver who is 16 or older.
