MADISON, Wis. — A Madison firefighter found a vehicle on fire in a marsh just blocks away from their fire station early Sunday morning.
The firefighter came across the fire in the 3000 block of Dairy Drive, just blocks from Station 14 at 3202 Dairy Drive, at around 1:38 a.m. The firefighter immediately alerted their crewmates as well as 911 dispatch.
Crews made their way to the parking lot of a business at 3001 Dairy Drive and found tire tracks leading from the lot into the marsh. A truck was on fire in the marsh…
