MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – The Monona Police Department is urging people to make sure any decommissioned explosive device is confirmed inert before bringing it into public, after officers were called to a hotel to examine a deactivated grenade.
As Monona Police Department officers were responding to a serious crash after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday, police got a separate call to respond to a hotel in the 900 block of West Broadway.
