MADISON, Wis. — A new 10-story student housing development is coming to West Mifflin Street.
Trinitas Ventures, an Indiana-based real estate firm, announced Thursday that it closed on the site for the new development at 619 West Mifflin Street. Construction on the site got underway last month and is expected to be completed by Summer 2028.
