COTTAGE GROVE, Wis. (WMTV) – Stoddard’s Meats and Catering announced Friday it is working on correcting the food safety violations the Cottage Grove business was flagged in violation of after an inspection on Sept. 1.
The Cottage Grove market is temporarily closed.
“Stoddard’s Meats & Catering would like to reassure our customers and community that products previously produced at our Cottage Grove location, as well as products currently offered from our newly licensed kitchen, have been prepared under applicable State of Wisconsin and/or Dane County inspection and licensing oversight,” Stoddard’s said. “We are committed to producing safe, quality food for our customers.”…
