COLUMBUS, Wis. — The Columbia County Sheriff’s Office on Monday announced two more arrests as part of a fraud investigation.
Jhon Cristian Corman Espino, 37, and Delfina Guzman Coronado, 44, both faces charges of theft by false representation as party to a crime, with an elder person as a victim.
